    Accessibility Statement

We work to keep riskremedy.io accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. If you run into a barrier, email support@riskremedy.io with the subject line “Accessibility” and we will work to fix it. See also our Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.

    1. Our Commitment

RiskRemedy, Inc. ("RiskRemedy," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that riskremedy.io and our digital products are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that the web should be usable by everyone, and we work to provide an experience that is consistent with the principles of equal access regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.

    2. Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard recognized under U.S. Department of Justice guidance for compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it is the de facto international benchmark for accessible digital content.

We treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a floor, not a ceiling, and we work toward Level AAA conformance for individual success criteria where it is practical to do so without compromising usability for other users.

    3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility on riskremedy.io, we take the following measures:

    • Build pages with semantic HTML, programmatic labels on form controls, and visible keyboard focus indicators.
    • Use a color palette designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratios for body text and interactive elements on our standard light theme.
    • Respect the operating system or browser "reduced motion" preference by suppressing non-essential animation when that preference is set.
    • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and mark purely decorative images so that they are skipped by assistive technologies.
    • Avoid content that flashes in ways that could trigger seizures and avoid auto-advancing carousels that cannot be paused.
    • Treat accessibility issues reported to us as bugs and prioritize them alongside other site work.

    4. Compatibility With Assistive Technologies

riskremedy.io is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, and the operating system's built-in zoom and high-contrast modes.

We do not rely on browser overlay or accessibility-widget products. We believe accessibility is best achieved through accessible underlying code, not a third-party overlay.

    5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on riskremedy.io may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include third-party embeds (such as analytics, fonts, and bot-protection challenges) that we do not control and that may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We work with our vendors and continuously improve our own pages to close these gaps.

If you encounter content that is not accessible, please let us know using the contact information below so we can prioritize a fix.

    6. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of riskremedy.io. If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

    • Email: support@riskremedy.io
    • Subject line: Please use "Accessibility" so we can route your message to the right team.
    • Mail: RiskRemedy, Inc., attn: Accessibility, at the address listed on our Contact page.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response or proposed remediation within a reasonable time after that, depending on complexity. Where a fix requires more time, we will communicate the expected timeline and offer an alternative means of accessing the information or service in the interim.

    7. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, individuals may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Nothing in this Statement waives any right or remedy available to you under applicable law.

    8. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Statement from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our digital products, or applicable standards. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date below.
